Step 1: Define Your Fabric Requirements

We start by understanding exactly what you’re looking for. To help us create the perfect fabric, please provide the following details:

• Construction Type: Fleece, jersey, rib or other specific structure.
• Weight: The desired fabric weight in GSM.
• Fiber Content: Cotton, polyester, blends, or any other specific fibers.
• Fabric Width: Specify the width you need (e.g., 58", 72", etc.).
• Yardage: The total amount of fabric required for your project.

By clearly defining these parameters, we can guide you to the best options and ensure a smooth development process.

Step 2: Review Sample Options

After gathering your requirements, we’ll provide you with fabric samples:

1. In-Stock Samples: Fabrics we currently have available.
2. Past Designs: Samples of fabrics we’ve developed before and can reproduce without a sample roll.

If your custom fabric requires a new development, a sample roll will be needed. A deposit is required, ranging from $100 to $400, depending on the fabric’s complexity.

Step 3: Sample Roll Production

Once the deposit is received, we move into sample roll production.

• Timeline: This process typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the fabric’s complexity.
• After completion, you’ll receive the sample roll for review and approval.

Step 4: Approval or Adjustments

After reviewing the sample roll, you have three options:

1. Approve the Sample Roll: If the fabric meets your expectations, we’ll proceed to full production.
2. Request Adjustments: Provide feedback, and we’ll make the necessary changes:

Once the sample is approved, we begin full-scale production:

• Timeline: Production typically takes 4–6 weeks, depending on the order’s complexity and size.
• You’ll receive high-quality custom fabric, tailored to your specifications.
